Fully Automatic Rotary Medical / Pharmaceutical Packaging Machines

Starview’s automatic rotaries are ideal for high production requirements. Machines are offered in six and eight-station designs with standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 and 18 x 24 inches.

Rotary machines can be configured to produce all of the medical / pharmaceutical packages including Tyvek, foils and medical kraft to PETG or HIPS trays and typical wallet packs for clinical trials or controlled dosage.

Why a perfect fit?

The FAB/PH Series rotary type heat sealers are designed for medium to higher volume production requirements where automatic feeding and unloading is desired. These machines may be used for conventional carded blisters, full face blisters and half-clamshell styles as well as applications using medical paper, Tyvek, foils and other heat sealable lidstock.

The FAB/PH Series units are available in six (6) and eight (8) station designs. Models are available in standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 inches and 18 x 24 inches. Larger sealing areas are available on request.
