Starview’s CBS/PH Series machines are ideal for long, high-production quantity runs. These fully automated machines are available with thirty or more-stations and a standard sealing area of 14 x 28 inches.

Automated feeding and finished package unloading are included. CBS/PH Series machines are well suited to produce typical wallet packs for clinical trials or controlled dosage.

Why a perfect fit?

The CBS/PH Series inline conveyor type heat sealers are designed for high volume production requirements. These machines may be used for pharmaceutical wallet pack as well as medical device applications using medical papers, Tyvek, foils and other heat sealable lidstock. Given the proper conditions these machines are capable of up to 20 cycles per minute in production.

The Automated Inline Conveyor blister sealing machines are built with the capability to feed blister(s), tray(s), card(s), Tyvek and discharge finished packages when proper tooling is installed. With seven (7) open loading stations these machines are ideal for automated product loading or where multiple items are to be placed in a single package.
