The BSC/PH Series carousel type heat sealers are designed for medium to higher volume production requirements where automatic feeding and unloading is desired. These machines may be used for conventional carded blisters, full face blisters and half-clamshell styles as well as applications using medical paper, Tyvek, foils and other heat sealable lidstock.

These units are available in sixteen (16) and twenty (20) station designs. Models are available in standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 inches and 18 x 24 inches.

Why a perfect fit?

The BSC/PH Series carousel type heat sealers are designed for medium to higher volume production requirements where automatic feeding and unloading is desired. These machines may be used for conventional carded blisters, full face blisters and half-clamshell styles as well as applications using medical paper, Tyvek, foils and other heat sealable lidstock.

The Automated Inline Conveyor blister sealing machines are built with the capability to feed blister(s), tray(s), card(s), Tyvek and discharge finished packages when proper tooling is installed. With seven (7) open loading stations these machines are ideal for automated product loading or where multiple items are to be placed in a single package.

The BSC/PH Series carousel type heat sealers units are available in sixteen (16) and twenty (20) station designs. Models are available in standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 inches and 18 x 24 inches. Larger sealing areas and customization of componentry are available on request.
