Fully Automatic Inline Pressure Formers

Starview's IPV Series vacuum forming machines are designed for high speed production runs and where maximum forming definition is required. Machines with a standard forming area of 25” x 25” are offered.

Machines are roll fed with inline die cutting, finished part stacking and scrap rewind standard. IPV Series machines will run most thermoforming grade films.

Why a perfect fit?

Starview’s IPV Series pressure formers are high-speed, servo-driven and quick change over machines designed for large-scale OEM and custom former applications. Designed with the user in mind these machines provide total process control and maximum flexibility.

The IPV Series use pressure and/or vacuum to produce the highest possible quality finished parts. They will process all thermoforming grade materials including PVC, HIPS, PET, PP, HDPE, OPS, etc. The IPV Series is offered in a standard form area of 25” x 25”.

For machines to produce larger formed parts or higher production rates request information on IPV Series units with larger forming areas.
