Starview’s SP & SP/IR Series machines are ideal all skin packaging requirements. Standard machines are offered for skin board sizes of 18 x 24 inches through 36 x 48 inches.

These skin packaging machines can produce the typical retail carded packages on SBS skin board or industrial packages on corrugated pads using Surlyn and Polyethylene skin films.

Why a perfect fit?

Starview’s SP Series skin packaging machines are designed for low to medium volume applications. They incorporate a stationary heating system with instant on/off heaters, which come up to heat during cycles and turn offfor loading/unloading.

The SP skin packaging machines have PLC timer control for precision repeatability and an accurate turbine regulator. A manual in-feed table, out-feed table and impulse type hot wire lm cut-o are standard. These machines are a sturdy welded steel construction with removable panels for servicing.

For larger machines with additional automation and higher levels of production please consider Starview’s ASP & ASP/IR Series fully automatic skin packaging machines.
