The rotary, thermo-sealing machine is ideal for low to high volume production.

The teflon-coated sealing head is regulated by a digital temperature control.

Trays and lids are fed and unloaded manually. However, as optional features, the machine can be equipped with an Automatic Lid Feeder System for automatic lid feeding and an Automatic Unloading System for automatic unloading of sealed trays. Either of the optional features can be independently turned ON or OFF.

All motions and functions are coordinated using a PLC control panel with operator interface (with built-in diagnostics and password protection). All functions for set-up purposes can be independently activated.

The set-up of the machine is simply a question of minutes.

Structure: Machine and bench are made of Stainless Steel and anodized aluminium. (Exception: C-Frame is coated in white epoxy paint).
