The PERSEUS Series of Automatic In-line Tray Thermosealing machines are the ideal machines for sealing PP, PET, CPET, PE and laminated cardboard trays. This equipment is available with vacuum and M.A.P. (modified atmosphere) applications for longer product shelf life.
The PERSEUS Series machine is an inline system, which is capable of sealing pre-shaped trays of different materials with compatible film. Profile cutting of the film is also a standard feature on these units.

The machine allows packaging operation with its vacuum and gas system using protective atmosphere thus increasing the shelf life of food products.
The body and tray-feeding belt are made of stainless steel, while the mould group components are in anodized aluminum, satisfying all the different needs for the food industry.
This line of equipment is designed with essential technology; the simple structure and total accessibility result in great performance, minimal maintenance requirement, and easy, thorough wash-down capability. Tooling changeover is also quick and easy, just a matter of minutes.
