The OMF/195 Series are fully automatic sheet fed thermoformers. These machines deliver high volume while achieving the highest quality finished products.

Touch Screen Operator Interface: Provides easy set-up and access to all machine functions.

Loading Station System: This line is equipped with a highly efficient two-station pallet support system. The device permits the suction cup-type gripping of the sheets-even if not perfectly tapered from the pallet and subsequent conveyance of the sheets to the final container-centering device.

Sheet Advance System: The highly efficient double chain and pliers system adopted permits sheets from 1mm to 11mm of thickness to be easily and safely conveyed without requiring any adjustment. The advance step is fixed and depends on the distances between the centers of the stations for extraction, heating, forming, and unloading. The translation of the chain-holder slides is driven and adjusted by an inverter system that permits elevated speed and precision in the shifting/advance of the sheets.

The locking pliers housed in the chain holder slides prevent the exit of materials from the chains to permit transfer without deformation from the heating station to the thermoforming station. The rotation of the chains during the return of the slides permits the sheets formed previously to be unloaded without requiring any other device.

Heating System: This machine uses internal ceramic cap resistors that optimize ouput and energy consumption. The power of each resistor is adjusted with the use of assigned electronic boards. Adjustments are performed easily using the touch screen operator interface completed with "master" thermocouples, which permits the stabilization and memorization of the percentage values stored in the memory circuit.

The sheets are heated in a single station in closed tank that stands separately from the thermoforming station. During operation, the radiating panels remain in the advanced position and retract only when machine is stopped. The fixed advance position will utilize all heat produced. This is not possible in machines with single stations or final heating in the forming station.

Sheet Gripping System Before And After Heating: This machine uses double chains and pliers which will avoid attrition caused by the material's swelling after heating, the chain-holder slides and pliers are raised prior to translation by a motorized screw re-circulating ball nut unit. Vertical movement permits the simultaneous molding of large drawings: positive up to 600mm and negative down to 300mm.

Forming Station: The movement of the mol holder table takes maximum advantage of the latest technology in the sector. The mold holder table up stroke and down movements are activated by Brushless Servomotors. The screws are mechanically connected by axcles and angular reducing connector's. The mold holder table's acceleration and deceleration speeds are constant and can be easily adjusted using the operator interface touch screen. This feature will facilitate set up and control for the uniform stretching of the material during the table up stroke movement. This system delivers high quality molded pieces due to the added control and flexibility of setting a very slow controlled length down stroke speed prior to subsequent acceleration. In addition to the vacuum intake, the central area of the mold holder table is equipped with the possibility of connecting the molds to the cooling system and the possibility to operate devices for the creation of undercuts.

Note: Mold holder platform ascends and descends through four re-circulating ball screw set in action by a Brushless Servomotor. This feature is located in the upper structure of the machine and ensures accurate ascend and descend speed. This system of mold lifting allows for a compact building and AVOIDS ANY FOUNDATION HOLE.

Structure: Equipment structure is of heavy gauge steel tube construction. Safety doors can opened to provide easy access for machine maintenance and control operations.
