The FORM-O-MATIC Series of vacuum forming machines are fully automatic, roll fed or sheet fed, with infrared oven for maximum heat penetration, automatic outfeed, and a finished sheet guillotine cut-off system.

The infrared oven, which is the best heating system for thermofoming applications, is fully controlled for uniform heating, accelerated cycling, and energy savings. A water-cooled mold platen, and high-powered cooling blowers are standard features that allow faster cycling.

The vacuum former can be equipped with optional features such as sandwich heaters, which are operated dependently or independently, above and below the material. Also optional are the Male/Female Mold Capacity; an Automatic Preheat System which is fitted in an inline station before the infrared heaters; and an Automatic Plug Assist, which pre-stretches the material into cavity to reinforce the bottom of the formings, prior to application of vacuum and final forming.

All motions and functions are coordinated using a PLC keypad control panel, including diagnostic lights, and can be independently activated for set-up purposes.

The FORM-O-MATIC Series comply with all known safety regulations, and are completely safe, even for unskilled operators.

The structure is of heavy gauge welded steel.
