The FAB-PP Series Blister Punch Press is ideal for medium to high volume production.

The FAB-PP machine is used to punch holes on the "Radius-Side" of the plastic containers. These holes will allow products within the containers to be ventilated. Single or Clamshell type containers can be punched on this machine.

This rotary model is available with 6 or 8 stations. These machines are equipped with two presses face-to-face. The top press uses a Pneumatic actuator, while the bottom press uses a Toggle system for the press travel. Each press is equipped with an automatic feeder for containers and an automatic stacker.

A Vacuum system is applied to the presses, to collect the small plastic cut-outs from the punch dies.

This machine will run automatically with only one operator required. The operator simply feeds the containers into the feeder magazine, and removes the punched containers from the automatic stacker magazine.

Machine is equipped with a CAM index drive system with speed control.

All motions and functions are coordinated using a PLC Control Panel with Touch Screen Operator Interface.

Equipment structure is of heavy gauge steel tube construction.
