This rotary, thermo-sealing machine is ideal for low to high volume production.
The teflon-coated sealing head is regulated by digital temperature control.
The C-frame of the machine is constructed of heavey-duty steel plate, coated with white epoxy paint. An 8" double-acting cylinder with 80 PSI input, will deliver 8,000 lbs of pressure to a secure seal and quick cycling for any products which will be put through sterilization testing.

All motions and functions are coordinated using the operator interface. Counter is provioded and can be reset for each production run.
The set-up of the machine is simply a question of minutes, and change-over of tooling is quick and easy.

Blisters and Tyvek/Cards are fed and unloaded manually. As an optional feature, machine can be equipped with self-standing automatic unloading of finished products. However, the 8-Station Model can be equipped with automatic blister feeder, automatic card feeder and self-standing automatic unloading systems.
