Starview’s new RB Series Rotary Blister Sealing Machines offer an economical system solution in tough economic times.

Starview’s new RB Series four and six station rotary blister sealing machines offer a very       economical step up from a shuttle blister sealing machine.  These are priced about halfway between    our SSB2-1418 two-station shuttle and our full featured ERB Series.  The RB6 makes a                   great replacement machine for the hundreds of the aging Visual Thermoforming DS6’s that are            still being used.  Sealing fixtures used on the DS6’s will drop right onto the RB6 without modification!

Two models are available.  The RB4-1418 with a generous 14” x 18” sealing area and the RB6-1214     with five open loading stations available for operators to place blisters, products, cards and             unload finished packages.

While these machines are simplistic with casters and a cycle counter as the only options they           are a rugged and very modern design.  The table indexer is a robust and accurate cam positioner         driven by an AC variable frequency drive.  This series features a PLC with easy to comprehend knob      and dial interface for sealing time, table delay and table speed.  The temperature controller is digital     and can be set to read in degrees F or C.

Safety features include a conveniently located E-stop button as well as light beam sensors in             the  sealing press area.  Mechanical components of the machine are well protected with sheet        metal guarding.

Typical multi-ply hardwood sealing fixtures are used with this machine. These have proven to be         cost effective and durable at the same time.  We utilize silicone rubber sealing pads for long life          and spring pins for locating the cards with respect to the blister.

Vacuum Chamber Food Packaging Machines are back.

We have just launched our new VCT and VCF Series enclosed vacuum chamber machines.  The     VCT table top machines are available with 11” x 15” and 20” x 20” vacuum chambers.                         The VCF floor model machine has a large 24” x 24” vacuum chamber.

Starview’s new enclosed vacuum chamber packaging machines feature all stainless steel     construction.  Heavy-duty vacuum pumps provide efficiency and reliability.  Single impulse sealing     bars along the front edge of the vacuum chamber are standard.  The pricing on these new machines      is substantially below our previous offering of enclosed vacuum chamber machines.

Starview’s VCT and VCF Series vacuum packaging machines are used extensively for batch    products such as foods, electronic circuit boards and vacuum packaging for scientific research.    Vacuum packaging is typically used to extend the shelf life or reduce freezer burn of foods.       Electronic components can be protected from dust, moisture or static electricity that would       otherwise damage the item.

Starview’s VCT and VCF Series vacuum packaging machines are suitable for use with non-barrier      as well as barrier plastic bags.  Heat sealable foil bag may also be used in these models.

Reminder - New Prices are in effect for 2008.

Just a reminder - please check with us before quoting machines or tooling.  Most prices have       changed since V3.0 of the CD-ROM set was distributed in August of 2007.  We have new                quote templates for all of the machines now and can provide you with updated quotations very quickly.
